With a single-minded dedication to garlic—bringing quality from Takko, Aomori to Japan and the world.
Corporate Philosophy
“Delivering safety and health together with producers and the local community.”
We contribute to our region by consistently engaging in the production, processing, and sales of garlic and delivering valuable products domestically and internationally. The PDF also indicates that we are a “garlic-specialized company” undertaking the entire food value chain from production to processing and sales.

Global Expansion
We work with local distributors mainly in Southeast Asia and the Middle East and continuously exhibit at food festivals. Exports began to Vietnam and Taiwan in 2018, and in 2019 we leveraged JICA programs to explore cultivation/processing feasibility and conduct market research in the Philippines.
Community Engagement
Contributing to regional branding through activities of the Aomori Black Garlic Association. In FY2016, we accounted for roughly one-third of the association’s total sales, helping promote Takko—“the town of garlic”—both in Japan and abroad.
